Both reach a person rather than a ticket queue. We are a small operation and answer in the order questions arrive.
If you have lost a listing link
A listing URL is the only credential a purchase without an account has. The receipt email sent at the time of purchase contains it. If you no longer have either, email support@duskly.ai from the address used at checkout and say roughly when the purchase was made.
Removing a published original
Paid listings can publish the unaltered original at a permanent public URL, because some jurisdictions require the original stay viewable alongside the altered photo. If a page needs to come down, email support@duskly.ai with the URL. Requests from the purchaser, or from someone with a legal interest in the property, are actioned.
Reporting a rule we have wrong
The compliance data here is the point of the product, so an error in it matters more than a bug. If a rule is quoted wrongly, out of date, or classified in a way you disagree with, send the rule number and the source to contact@duskly.ai. Corrections carry more weight than complaints and are acted on quickly.
