Privacy Policy

Leonyr LLC ("Leonyr", "we", "our", or "us") operates Duskly (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Authentication information via Google Sign-In or magic link login

We do not collect or store passwords.

Uploaded Images

When you use Duskly, you may upload images for AI processing.

  • Images you upload for a preview only are stored temporarily and deleted within 24 hours.
  • Where you produce a disclosure package, the unaltered original is retained and may be

published at a permanent public URL. Several rules — including California Business & Professions Code §10140.8 — require the original to remain viewable alongside the altered image, and that obligation outlives the listing.

  • We do not use uploaded images to train AI models.

Property photographs can be personal data. They may show people and vehicle registrations, they are published next to an address, and interiors can reveal information about religion, political affiliation, or health and mobility needs. Two consequences follow, and we state them plainly:

  • For the editing pipeline we act as a processor on your instructions.
  • For images we publish at a public URL we act as a controller, because we decide what is

published, where, and for how long.

Usage Data (Analytics)

We use PostHog to collect limited analytics data such as:

  • Feature usage
  • Event counts
  • Interaction metrics
  • Device and browser type

This data helps us improve the Service. We do not sell analytics data.

Payment Information

Duskly is a paid product. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Authenticate users
  • Process uploaded images using AI tools
  • Improve performance and reliability
  • Process payments
  • Communicate service-related updates

3. AI Processing & Third-Party Providers

To provide AI functionality, uploaded images are securely transmitted to third-party AI providers, including:

  • Replicate
  • FAL

These providers process content solely to deliver requested outputs. We do not authorize them to use your data for unrelated purposes.

4. Data Retention

Retention depends on what the image is for and which market it serves.

  • Preview only — deleted within 24 hours.
  • Disclosure package, US listing — the original is retained so the required public page keeps

working. Permanence here is a legal function of the product, not a default we chose for convenience.

  • Disclosure package, EU or UK listing — retention is bound to the listing lifecycle plus a

defined tail, and the public page is access-controlled rather than openly indexed.

  • Account information — retained while your account remains active.

A US state statute or MLS rule is not a lawful basis for retaining data about someone in the EU or UK. Where those regimes apply, your erasure rights are not overridden by them.

Takedown

If you live in or occupy a property shown on one of our public original-image pages, you can request its removal by writing to contact@duskly.ai with the page address. No account is needed, and you do not have to be the customer who uploaded it. We aim to resolve such requests within one month, in line with Article 12(3) UK GDPR / GDPR.

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal information.

We may share limited information:

  • With AI providers (to process your requests)
  • With PostHog (analytics)
  • With payment processors (billing)
  • If required by law

6. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access your data
  • Request deletion
  • Request correction

8. Children's Privacy

Duskly is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
