Duskly

Partner program

Send real estate agents to Duskly and earn 20% of what they pay in their first 90 days.

It's for people who write about, teach or film listing marketing: bloggers, YouTubers, coaches, brokerage trainers and listing photographers. You don't need to be a Duskly customer.

How it works

  1. Email us and we send you your link.
  2. Share it. It looks like duskly.ai/?via=yourname and works on any Duskly page, so you can link straight to a tool or a guide.
  3. When someone clicks it and buys within 60 days, they count as yours. Everything they pay in their first 90 days earns you 20%.
  4. Early each month we email you a statement of what counted and pay what you're owed.

What you can earn

  • A listing at $29 earns you $5.80.
  • A customer on the $89 Agent plan pays at least $267 in their first 90 days, so you earn at least $53.40.
  • On the $299 Studio plan, you earn at least $179.40.

Terms

  • 20% of what a customer you send pays in their first 90 days, before tax. That covers listings and plans.
  • 60-day cookie. A purchase counts if it happens within 60 days of a click on your link. If the customer clicked another partner's link first, the first click counts.
  • Paid monthly by PayPal or Wise once you're owed $50 or more. Smaller amounts carry over to the next month.
  • Refunded or disputed purchases don't count. If one is refunded after we've paid you, we take it off your next payout.
  • Purchases you make yourself, or for your own business, don't count.
  • We may change these terms or end the program with 30 days' notice by email. What you earned before then is still paid.

Rules

  • No search ads on "Duskly", its misspellings or duskly.ai.
  • Say you earn a commission next to the link itself, not only on an about page. The FTC explains how in Disclosures 101 for Social Media Influencers.
  • Describe Duskly accurately. Never say edited listing photos need no disclosure, and don't state an MLS rule or fine you haven't read in the rule itself. Our MLS photo requirements quote each rule with its source.
