Short answer: ARMLS (Flexmls): up to 15 MB per photo, at most 2000 x 3000 pixels.

The pages we quote give no limit for photo count, smallest size, file format.
The same table lists “Photos you can add to a listing” as “Unlimited”, so no photo count is checked.
Altered and virtually staged photos
We have not read ARMLS’s rules on altered or virtually staged photos, so we quote none here. Check its rulebook before you publish an edited photo.
